Shipping policy

Orders normally ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of your completed order, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed after business hours on Fridays, during the weekend, or on holidays normally ship the next business day.

Our warehouse is closed to the public and on-site pickup is not available. 

Colonel Stogie is not responsible for delays or damage incurred during transit, or for lost, stolen or redirected packages.

We do not hold orders for any reason.
